All shipments will be shipped using USPS or Canada Post
We use PayPal information as for shipping addresses. If the item is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, then customers are responsible for paying the second shipment.
Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours after receiving a cleared PayPal payment.
We process and ship orders on business days only meaning Monday to Friday except on Canadian Holidays.
An automatically generated tracking number will be sent to all customers after the item is shipped.
It usually takes 2-6 business days for delivery depending how far from Quebec you are. Please note that this is not guaranteed since parcels can be held at customs.

For all returns, contact us to get an RMA number or proceed through eBay so we get notified about your return.
Customers are 100% responsible for return shipping charges.
We will take full responsibility for return shipping costs if an incorrect unit is shipped to the customer.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items if you'd be to change your mind or ordered the wrong item.
