This is the first issue of USA Today that was only available for sale in its first city of Washington DC.
The paper is from September 15, 1982 and is in like-new condition.
It is complete with all the sections and pages.
The paper has been fully protected from light since its day of issue.
Items will be shipped flat in a custom made rigid envelope.
Please review all photos.
Item will ship the same day as sale from Washington DC.
