Sigma TastesetterWhite Goose Large Figurine
This Large Goose is a 1960’s ceramic figurine by Sigma TasteSetter, made in Italy. A life like Ceramic Art Piece with cast metal hand painted painted feet. This example still has it's original Sigma Tastsetter label on the underneath. This mid century modern collector / decorator piece Measures approximately 10" tall at tallest point and 19
1/2
" long from beak to tail. This is a beautiful piece in excellent overall condition. The only minor issue I see is the paint on the bottom of the feet is a little shelf worn, but you can still see part of the Sigma marking on them. I believe Sigma
commissioned
them to be made in Italy in the mid to late 1960's, at that time they made other geese in different poses. This is the only one I’ve seen in this pose.
