The decal is the white area only and has no background..The rest is cut out & will be the color of the area applied to.
Can be applied to any clean smooth surface.
Has an outdoor life of 4-7 years and can withstand the elements.
White will show up best on glass.
We may have other colors but please ask before purchasing.
