Caltagirone Ceramic Vase Signed S. Judice
Sicily Italy Handcrafted MCM
This 9" vase is rough and bumpy and brutalist with elements of "Fat Lava".  There are many sharp pointy edges and the creation was very much by hand- you can see the bumps and ridges in the glaze, and colors were applied with abandon. There may be some tiny chips in the edges but I can't tell if this was a result of the firing process. Please see photos. I show all
