These tarps are in GREAT condition.
They were removed from the billboards and then stored.
Re-purposed Billboard vinyls have many uses:
boat covers, barn floors, curtains equipment covers, pool covers, hay bales, roof covers, carport, carports. Water slide, Slip and slides. Tents, Tent covers, awnings, ground covers, organic gardening .
These are made out of an industrial strength material called Flex Vinyl. This material is 3-ply with PVC vinyl on the 2 outside layers and a polyester mesh material in the middle. UV protected and waterproof and will last for years.
These have a 3-inch pipe sleeve on all four sides...no grommets. You can use the pipe sleeve or you can just make slits through the double-sided sleeve and use as a "loop". To cover hay concrete blocks hanging from the looped edges with rope work great.
