If you have any questions please ask before bidding.Brief history on these pieces of art. Ugo Zaccagnini began his career in the Ginori factory but left and started his own studio in 1891. In 1896 he closed his studio and entered into a partnership with six talen ted artisans named The Society for Industrial Fabrication of Majolica Art. He left that studio in 1905 and opened his own company again with his family. Ugo passed in 1937 and his son Urbano took over the company and concentrated on animal figurines. Its my understanding that these were sold at Tiffany's and Co through the 30's/40's.
