This paper is from the Press Enterprise in Orange County California, dated September 12, 2001; it has 8 pages. There is a World section which also has a couple articles about this terrible tragedy. Also included is the sport section which talks about postponement of games, etc.  There is also an EXTRA from the same paper dates September 11 titled UNDER ATTACK,  which is four pages. As you can see the paper is in very good condition, it's been stored away all these years.
